Steps to Update Communication Preferences:
Log in using your username and password. (If you’ve only
used Quick Pay before, create a login and password first.)
Go to the Help section and select Change Communication
Preferences.
Click Edit, accept the Terms and Conditions, and enter your
phone number.
Click Save.
Choose how you want to receive alerts and notifications.
(Email options are not available currently.)
Click Save again to confirm and go Paperless.
Don’t forget to update your card info!
Paying Your Utility Bill via Text:
When you receive a text with your balance, reply PAY
You’ll get a confirmation message to confirm.
